As a type of pile foundation, piling pipe is an indispensable building material in industrial and construction industry construction. It is generally a pipe made of welded, SSAW steel pipe or seamless steel pipe. It has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and convenient construction. There are many types of piling pipe, most of which are hollow piles. As a kind of prefabricated pile, piling pipe is widely used in industrial and civil construction, municipal administration, transportation, water conservancy, railways and other fields.

Selection of piling machinery for piling pipe

The selection of piling machinery for piling pipes depends on the project's topography and geology, the model, dimensions and weight of the supporting hammer, the material specifications and burial depth of the pile, the size of the project, the length of the construction period, etc. There are many types of pile drivers, including mast type (crawler walking), column foot type, tower type, gantry type, etc. Among them, the three-point support mast type diesel driver is more commonly used. The pile frame is flexible in movement and can rotate in all directions. The verticality of the guide rod can be adjusted in all directions. The hammer and guide rod can move freely up and down, and can be fine-tuned at various angles. The pile driving accuracy is high, the stability of the whole machine is good, and the operation is It has the advantages of convenience, safety and high efficiency.

Piling pipe installation process

(1) Measurement and setting out: Measure and set out according to the spacing and row spacing required by the design and the elevation provided by the design.

(2) Hole spacing positioning: Use chopsticks to drive into the ground according to the designed hole diameter, spacing, and row spacing; drilling in place: Place the drilling machine in the designated position and place it horizontally to prevent tilting.

(3) Next to the drilling rig, the water pipe and drill pipe are connected together. Start the drilling rig and water pipe and drill slowly; every 2m, the drill pipe needs to be connected once until the designed effective depth is obtained.

(4) Hole cleaning: Before injecting cement slurry, the pile hole must be cleaned so that all the mud in the hole can be discharged. It is required that the thickness of the sediment at the bottom of the hole should not be greater than 50mm.

(5) Install and lower the steel pipe: After the hole is cleaned, install the prefabricated steel pipe in the hole promptly, with the steel pipe exposed to the ground by 200mm. Easy to access the grouting pipe.

(6) Install the grouting pipe: the grouting pipe is directly connected to the steel pipe in the lower entrance hole by the grouting machine, the interface is connected by a wire, and the grouting pipe is transported by a rubber pipe.

(7) Mixing cement slurry: The cement slurry is mixed using special machinery. The water-cement ratio is controlled between 0.45 and 0.5. The mixed cement slurry is put into a steel ash tank, and then the grouting machine is used for grouting.

(8) Grout injection: The grouting pipe needs to be equipped with a pressure gauge, the grouting pressure is 0.5Mpa, and the water-cement ratio is controlled between 0.45 and 0.5. After grouting, the pipe is not removed until the cement slurry flows out of the pipe. Pull out the grouting pipe, seal the end of the steel pipe, and pressurize it for a few minutes until the cement slurry flows out of the steel pipe again.

(9) Multiple pressure grouting requires multiple interstitial groutings, usually three to five times, until grouting is performed during fine stone filling to obtain a grouting pressure of 0.5Mpa.

(10) The first grouting pressure is 0.4~1.0Mpa and maintained for 3 minutes to ensure that the pressure breaks the tape and allows the slurry to flow out of the pipe and fill the pile body. The second grouting pressure should not be less than 1.5Mpa, and the interval between two grouting should not be less than 1.5 to 4 hours.

During the construction process, construction records must be checked at any time, and the quality of each engineering pile must be assessed according to the prescribed construction technology. The inspection focuses on cement dosage, pile length, diameter, grouting, pressure, stone grading, etc.
