Tablestacas de alma recta
Las tablestacas de alma recta se utilizan comúnmente para construir estructuras cilíndricas cerradas y se aplican ampliamente en estructuras temporales o permanentes, como ataguías, muelles e ingeniería portuaria. Sus conexiones entrelazadas permiten una rotación de aproximadamente 4,5° y, con una flexión especial, pueden alcanzar los 12° para satisfacer los requisitos de diferentes formas estructurales. Las estructuras de tablestacas de alma recta pueden diseñarse como unidades circulares o muros divisorios, con un gran diámetro unitario y relleno interno para garantizar la estabilidad. Soportan principalmente fuerzas de tracción horizontales, por lo que requieren la acción entrelazada entre las tablestacas.
