جدول مقاسات ومواصفات أنابيب الفولاذ SSAW

أنبوب الفولاذ SSAW المُستخدم في تغليف الفولاذ هو أنبوب فولاذي حلزوني اللحام، مصنوع من لفائف الفولاذ الشريطية كمادة خام، يُبثق في درجة حرارة الغرفة، ويُلحم بتقنية اللحام القوسي المغمور ثنائي الجانب والسلكي الآلي. يُدخل أنبوب الفولاذ الحلزوني الفولاذ الشريطي إلى وحدة أنبوب اللحام، وبعد دحرجة عدة أسطوانات، يتدحرج الفولاذ الشريطي تدريجيًا لتشكيل أنبوب دائري فارغ بفجوة مفتوحة. يتم ضبط قوة ضغط أسطوانة البثق للتحكم في فجوة اللحام من 1 إلى 3 مم، ويكون طرفا اللحام متساويين.

يتميز أنبوب الفولاذ الحلزوني بسهولة عملية الإنتاج، وكفاءة الإنتاج العالية، وانخفاض التكلفة، وسرعة التطور. تكون قوة الأنبوب الملحوم حلزونيًا أعلى عمومًا من قوة الأنبوب الملحوم المستقيم. ويمكنه إنتاج أنابيب ملحومة بأقطار أكبر مع قضبان أضيق، كما يمكنه إنتاج أنابيب ملحومة بأقطار مختلفة مع قضبان متماثلة العرض. تتميز الأنابيب الملحومة حلزونيًا بمتانة أعلى من الأنابيب الملحومة بالدرز المستقيم. ويمكنها إنتاج أنابيب ملحومة بأقطار أكبر مع قضبان أضيق، كما يمكنها إنتاج أنابيب ملحومة بأقطار مختلفة مع قضبان متماثلة العرض. ومع ذلك، بالمقارنة مع الأنابيب الملحومة بالدرز المستقيمة ذات الطول نفسه، يزداد طول اللحام بنسبة 30% إلى 100%، وتكون سرعة الإنتاج أقل. لذلك، تُلحم الأنابيب الملحومة ذات القطر الصغير غالبًا باللحام بالدرز المستقيم، بينما تُلحم الأنابيب الملحومة ذات القطر الكبير غالبًا باللحام الحلزوني.
