The global steel pipe standard system presents a diversified pattern. The standards of different countries and regions have their own characteristics in terms of technical routes, performance indicators and emphasis. American standards (ASTM/API), European standards (EN) and Chinese national standards (GB) constitute the three most influential steel pipe standard systems in the world today. The three have differences in technical requirements and application scopes, but also learn from each other, and jointly promote the development and progress of global steel pipe technology.
