Pipe Cutting

We offer precision cutting on lengths of pipe ranging from 2 inches to 60 feet, and diameters from 2” thru 48”. The type of cutting used depends on both the size of the pipe and the required precision. The tolerance ranges from 1/8” thru 48”.

Advanced cutting process technology

We use a variety of advanced cutting technologies to meet various pipe cutting needs:

Plasma cutting: suitable for fast cutting of thick metal pipes, can achieve efficient cutting at high temperature, smooth cutting edge and small deformation.

Laser cutting: Laser cutting technology can achieve extremely high cutting accuracy and is suitable for various metal and non-metal materials. It can not only cut conventional pipes, but also be used for cutting slotted casing, screen pipe, oil pipe and casing, with high processing efficiency and less material waste.

Water jet cutting: Using high-pressure water flow for cutting, it is suitable for cutting heat-sensitive materials, ensuring that the material is not affected by heat, with high cutting quality, and suitable for cutting complex patterns.

Flame cutting: suitable for cutting thick steel, low cost, simple operation, widely used in cutting operations of large pipelines.

The importance of cutting metal pipes
Metal pipe cutting is a technically demanding process, and choosing the right tool is particularly important. The following are important reasons for choosing the right tool for metal pipe cutting:

Precision and quality: Different cutting tools are suitable for different pipe thicknesses and diameters. Choosing the right tool can ensure the precision and quality of cutting, avoid processing errors, and ensure that the parts meet the design requirements.

Safety: Using inappropriate tools to cut steel and plastic pipes may pose a safety hazard. Correct tool selection can minimize the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of operators.

Efficiency: Appropriate cutting tools can improve work efficiency, reduce processing time, increase production speed and reduce costs.

Material loss: Choosing the right tool for cutting can reduce material waste, improve material utilization and reduce production costs, especially for expensive materials. This is particularly important.
