The main application field of rebar is in construction engineering, especially in reinforced concrete structures. It is widely used for reinforcing the beams, columns, slabs, walls and other components of various buildings, to enhance the bearing capacity, seismic performance and durability of the structure.
The production process of rebar mainly includes steelmaking, rolling and threading. After the steel billet is heated, it is rolled on the rolling mill to form steel bars with a certain diameter and length. Then, through specialized threading processing equipment, the threading texture is processed on the surface of the steel bar.
