Aluminum Pipe

Aluminum Pipe

Aluminum tubing is a circular, hollow pipe made from pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, characterized by its lightweight, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, and ease of processing. Based on material composition, it can be divided into pure aluminum tubing (containing only aluminum) and aluminum alloy tubing (containing aluminum and other metal elements such as copper, magnesium, and zinc). It is widely used in construction (doors, windows, curtain walls), transportation (automobiles, aerospace), electronics (heat sinks), industrial piping, and household applications.

Aluminum Pipe Materials

1. Pure Aluminum Tubes

The main component is aluminum, with an aluminum content usually above 99% (such as 1050, 1060, 1070). These aluminum tubes have good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. They are relatively soft and have relatively low strength, and are often used in applications such as electrical appliances, heat dissipation, and chemical industries where high formability and corrosion resistance are required.

2. Aluminum Alloy Tubes
These are made by adding small amounts of other metal elements (such as magnesium, silicon, copper, zinc, and manganese) to aluminum, for example, 6061, 6063, 5052, and 7075 alloys. Aluminum alloy tubes have higher strength and better overall performance, and are widely used in building structures, machinery manufacturing, automobiles, aerospace, and other fields.
