Manufacturing Process of Grooved Pipe

Manufacturing steps:

3.Groove Forming：Pipe ends are grooved by cold roll grooving or cut grooving machines, forming a uniform and accurate groove profile without damaging pipe integrity.
4.Surface Treatment：Depending on application requirements, pipes may undergo:
