If restricted by conditions, the operating room should also be isolated separately. Generally, the hydraulic parts assembly room and the mechanical processing room or fitter room are not allowed to be in the same room. It is absolutely prohibited to disassemble and assemble hydraulic parts in the open air, sheds, utility rooms or warehouses. When disassembling hydraulic parts, operators should wear work clothes with fibers that are not easy to fall off. 3. The drill pipe cleaning fluid is allowed to use kerosene, gasoline and hydraulic oil with the same grade as the working oil of the hydraulic system.


4. Cleaned parts are not allowed to be wiped with cotton, linen, silk or chemical fiber fabrics to prevent falling fibers from contaminating the system. If necessary, clean and dry compressed air can be used to dry the components.


5. The cleaned components of the drill pipe are not allowed to be placed directly on the ground, cement floor, floor, bench and assembly workbench. They should be placed in a container with a lid and injected with clean hydraulic oil.


6. Components that have been cleaned but not yet assembled should be stored in anti-rust oil. Pay special attention to anti-rust in humid areas and seasons.
