a) Be familiar with the inspection methods specified in the standard and used by each factory, and correctly understand the definition of "defect" in the standard.
b) Comprehensively evaluate any non-destructive inspection method that the user uses for the pipe to ensure that the inspection work can accurately indicate the location of the defect and distinguish the defect from other non-defect signals. When using these inspection methods, the cause of unreal "defects" may be, and often is, due to these non-defect signals.
2. All casings and tubing, whether new, used or repaired, should always wear thread protectors on their threaded parts. At any time, the casing should be placed on a bench, wooden surface, or metal surface free of rocks, sand, or sludge (except normal drilling fluid). If the casing is accidentally dragged into the soil, it is best to clean the threads again and handle them according to the standard requirements before reuse.
3. The protection of oil casing and tubing does not allow the use of wear bands, the carbonization of drill pipes to remove tungsten wear bands, and during the wearing band dressing process, due to various reasons, the quality of the wear bands is unqualified and needs to be re-welded. The previous measure was manual grinder polishing, which was time-consuming and inefficient.

First of all, we must ensure that water quality reaches standards and strictly monitor and manage water quality. Implement separate cleaning and injection, strengthen the cleaning work of main water pipelines, ensure that the water quality inside the station and at the bottom of the well reaches the standard, and reduce the introduction of corrosion sources into the annular space; for newly put into production water injection wells, use annulus protection fluid mainly for sterilization , and form a system to add it regularly; in view of the corrosion of oil casing caused by mechanical scratches - rubber or adding a centralizer in the severely deviated part of the well to prevent the oil pipe from scratching the casing and contacting the casing on one side during the operation and water injection process.
