This project was implemented by our client, Beijing Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., to promote the construction and modernization of building structures within Beijing. The project requires the installation of various specifications of carbon steel ERW (electric resistance welded) pipes, which will significantly improve the stability and safety of steel structure buildings in Beijing after the completion of the first phase. The scale and benefits of the project will be further expanded when the second and third phases are put into production.
The scope of the project work includes engineering design, procurement and installation:
Installation of large-diameter 27-inch and 28-inch ERW steel pipe round pipes for the support and frame of the main structure.
A total of 1,000 tons of carbon steel ERW pipes are used to ensure the sturdiness and durability of the building structure.
Improvement of steel structure process, including optimization of welding technology and anti-corrosion treatment.
Improvement of electrical and instrumentation systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to meet the needs of modern buildings.
Configuration of water supply and wastewater treatment systems inside and around the building.
Laying of pipes inside and outside the building to ensure the normal operation of public facilities such as water, electricity and gas.
Through the above work, Beijing's steel structure building projects will be modernized, standardized and efficient, providing a solid foundation for the development of the city and the lives of residents.
