Now, with the continuous development of China's economy, the country encourages the development of the energy industry. At this time, a large number of welded pipes will be used. When we use
welded pipes, we need to maintain and maintain them. When we maintain and rust the spiral welded pipes, what should we do?
(1) Use the cleaning method to remove rust from the welded pipe.
The very common solvents or emulsifiers on the market are used to clean the surface of the welded pipe, thereby removing grease, dust and other dirt on the welded pipe. However, when this method is used to clean the welded pipe, the rust and oxide scale on the welded pipe cannot be removed. Therefore, this cleaning method is only an auxiliary method for rust removal of the welded pipe.
(2) Tools are also used to remove rust when the SSAW steel pipe is rusted.
Rust removal using this method is to clean the surface of the welded pipe with tools such as wire brushes. This can easily remove the loose or warped oxide scale rust on the surface of the welded pipe. However, when cleaning with this method, if you encounter firmly adhered oxide scale, the rust removal effect will be very poor, because this method of cleaning the welded pipe has not yet met the requirements of anti-corrosion construction. Therefore, when using this method for cleaning, you should still pay attention to cleaning according to the welding pipe you want to clean and the required cleaning method. Of course, there are many ways to clean welding pipes, as long as we clean the welding pipes as required.
Anti-corrosion means of spiral welded pipes
Due to the relatively large individual mass of spiral welded pipes, they must be stacked outdoors, but they will inevitably be exposed to sunlight and rain, so the rust problem has always plagued the storage time and conditions of spiral welded pipes. Therefore, it is necessary to fully answer the anti-rust knowledge of spiral welded pipes.
Tools such as wire brushes are mainly used to polish steel surfaces. Cleaning and preheating of spiral welded pipes can remove loose or warped oxide scales, rust and welding slag. Manual tool rust removal can reach Sa2 level, and power tool rust removal can reach Sa3 level. If the steel surface is firmly attached to the iron oxide scale, the tool rust removal effect is not ideal, and the anchor pattern depth required for anti-corrosion construction cannot be met.
Use solvent to clean pickling, and use emulsion to clean the surface of low-pressure fluid conveying welded steel pipe (welded pipe), in order to remove oil, oil, dust, lubricants and similar organic matter, but cannot remove rust, scale and flux on the steel surface, etc., so it is only used as an auxiliary means in anti-corrosion production.
Pickling is generally carried out by chemical and electrolytic methods. Pipeline anti-corrosion only uses chemical pickling, which can remove scale, rust and old coating, and sometimes can be used as reprocessing after rust removal. Although chemical cleaning can achieve a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness on the surface, its anchor pattern is shallow and it is easy to pollute the spiral welded pipe stacking environment.
Reasonable use of rusty pipe fittings to ensure that the pipe fittings serve production for a long time and create more production benefits.
