Mine Project in Liaoning

In the Liaoning Mine Project, carbon steel seamless pipes were used. These high-strength, corrosion-resistant pipes play an important role in various mining projects. The project covers the mining and transportation of industrial minerals such as metal minerals, energy minerals, precious metals, diamonds and potash fertilizers.

In order to meet the needs of different sections, the engineering party reasonably arranged the types and quantities of steel: carbon steel seamless pipes with a diameter of 219mm and a wall thickness of 10mm were mainly used for the main shaft ventilation pipeline system, with a total of 600 tons; and models with a diameter of 89mm and a wall thickness of 6mm were used for drainage and support pipe networks in the mine area, with a demand of 400 tons. In addition, in order to cope with high-corrosion areas, 100 tons of carbon steel seamless pipes with anti-corrosion treatment were also equipped.

These batches of steel not only reflect the rigor and science of engineering design, but also witness the project team's high attention to material performance under high-intensity working environments. Carbon steel seamless pipes silently undertake the mission of guarding safety and efficiency in every breath and surge of the mine.
